How a search runs

The discipline determines the chartership bar, the software fluency check and the portfolio review depth. The workflow stays consistent across every mandate: a written brief, a considered search, a ranked shortlist and end-to-end offer support.

1. Sector-fluent kickoff

We arrive at the intake call ready. We know the chartership pathway, the technical bar, the software stack and the passive-market context for the discipline. Your intake time is spent on your project, not our education.

2. Portfolio-verified shortlist

Portfolio and project pedigree checked against the brief before we introduce. We rank the shortlist by fit and explain the ranking. We do not just send a stack of CVs.

3. Offer & onboarding support

We coordinate the interview process, manage feedback, structure the offer, handle counter-offer conversations and confirm start-date logistics. Follow-up check-ins at day 30 and day 90.

What sits outside our scope

Roles outside the built environment. If you ask us for a marketing director or a software engineer, we will refer you out with pleasure. Depth of focus is what makes our shortlists arrive faster and better matched than a generalist agency can manage.
